Armed with a Medical Degree and a Masters in Business Administration, Dr. Kelvin Loh started his career as a general physician before stepping into management roles. His experience in healthcare business strategy formulation and healthcare operations puts him in good stead as the Divisional Vice President (Operations) at the Singapore Operations Division (SOD) of ParkwayHealth.

Dr. Loh’s areas of specialisation are in hospital planning and healthcare process redesign through lean thinking. He is currently facilitating a fundamental review of the patient care delivery processes.
