Executive Counselling and Training Academy (ECTA) is now a registered
Private Education Institution (PEI) with the Council of Private Education
(CPE). CPE is a statutory board established under the Private Education Act
to regulate the private education sector. Besides being the sectoral
regulator of PEIs, it also facilitates capability development efforts to
uplift standards in the local private education industry. The courses
offered by ECTA together with its teaching staff have met the necessary
requirements. |

ECTA's Diploma Course Approved by Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC)
The Diploma in Holistic Counselling for Schools, which is jointly organised by Ministry of Education and ECTA, is now officially recognised by the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC) as a counselling programme that prepares individuals to be REGISTERED COUNSELLORS IN SINGAPORE.

ECTA Appointed by MOE
ECTA is appointed by Ministry of Education (MOE) to provide the "Diploma in Holistic Counselling for Schools", which is a customised counselling training course for its full-time school counsellors. The 5th Intake commenced on 26 July 2010.

ECTA's Master Course Approved by Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC)
The Joint Committee for the Recognition of Counselling Training Courses has approved the ECTA Master of Social Science (Professional Counselling) incorporating the Graduate Diploma and Graduate Certificate as a fully recognised Counselling programme that prepares individuals to be "REGISTERED COUNSELLORS IN SINGAPORE" by the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC).
